An overgrown vacant lot on the lake in Thornbury was an ideal spot for this cottage retreat. All of the rooms were designed to have views of the lake. The two storey family room is the heart of the home with its spectacular view to the lake. As you enter home, you are able to see directly through the family room to the lake. The lot and waterfront were able to be dredged with permits from various conservation authorities.
